Back on the bike for '06
Well, well...all this talk about trail running has been fun. I rediscovered the trails in the Red Butte and Corner Canyon areas, made my legs hurt worse than they have all year, and remembered how fun it is to let it all hang out on a descent off of Mt. Van Cott. Now it's time to get back at it. I spent my lunch on the bike! It was pretty mellow, but I was back on the bike and it was sunny and 75. It will also help to make sure I am ready to go for Saturday. Make sure you are there at the Allan Butler Memorial Criterium. Double up and register for more than one race if your age allows it.
On another note, I heard that the Utah Cyclocross State Championship race is at Wheeler Farm.
Oh yeah...race your bike on Saturday for Allan!
