Tomorrow the real training begins...That is when we hit the program HARD!  Well as hard as one can when you are 50lbs over weight.

Are you trying to make me feel bad? I had a visit at the doctor last week and topped 200 lbs for the first time in my life. Granted, I'm 6-4, but the 200-pound mark was something I never hoped to see.

180 pounds? I'd feel like Nicole Ritchie.
