If the UCA had a contest for most updated blog, I am pretty sure I would be "the man".
The Winter Bike Update
The bad news is that the GT won't fit 'cross tires. The good news is that this mean machine is still gonna be my winter bike. Those who know of my impressive mechanic skills (mad skillz- ya heard) will be amazed to know that without any help I have managed to get the shifters from one bike to another, AND to unscrew the derailleur from one bike and screw it (love saying that) on another. Despite using both a hammer and a chainsaw I was unable to get the cranks and bottom brack from one bike to the other, so I will save that for Racer when he gets back from the ho' show.
This bike brings back tons of memories...but if I start in on that I'm sure I'll drop some names and we wouldn't want that.
