Straight Outta PROvo...

Blogging is so '06. Blog-quitting is this years' blogging.
To the Voices in my Head
If you want to talk Shatner about our less than stellar performance at Tour of Utah... Bring IT!! Nate Thomas wins Wolf Creek Pass RR on Sunday. His third "V" out of the past 4 races... the team's 11th for the year.

Another voice pointed out that I was supposed to be taking it all "low-key" and not worrying if I dropped out the first day... Yeah, somewhere in the week I must've lost that.  Anyway, I am coming back to bring the pain for the end of the year.  Count on it.

Hats off to Nate, he put in a great sprint.

Also, I don't think our performance at TOU was crappy. Stellar was Blake Caldwell. Sure, our performance was not on par with Blake's or even Jeff's and Burke's. However, for a local squad with two brand new dads on the team (within a matter of weeks), I think we did fine. We aren't getting paid to do this, and with other things in life (gasp!!) it is, at times, not super easy to get the training and racing in that one needs to pull a Caldwellian ride.

The season continues...and so do we. Hopefully the conspiracy will end soon.

Hmm... I was pretty happy about Nates win till I read these comments. Seems like your student also did pretty good for a second day race.
You guys did great at the TofU.
Keep up the good work.

Oh yeah, did I forget to mention that 2nd place was none other than AbNorm Bryner??  And that he was killing everybody on the climb(s)?
