Straight Outta PROvo...

Blogging is so '06. Blog-quitting is this years' blogging.
pissa...

Well, I for one, was all jazzed when 3 weeks out they announced this $5k crit in Ogden.  Too bad they cancelled it the day before it was supposed to happen.  Insufficent pre-reg??  Look, you're little pocket book would've gotten filled.  Everyone knows that bike racers are lazy sods and will always register late.  I know that's not how it works in the tri (or Xterra) world, but that's how we roll.  For reals, I was counting on that fat purse to make up for my cycling paternity leave.  This sucks.  Now the question is, do I spring Tour de Gap on the magnificent Kelly, or do I stick with the plan of the Ulcer?

New jazzy hits for the iPod:

Civ- "Set Your Goals"  Gorilla Biscuits Lite.

Avail- "Satiate"  Early stuff from RVAs southern rock hardcore punk allstars.

Refused- "Songs to Fan the Flames of Discontent"  Heavy stuff, mang.

Nirvana- "Bleach"  Laugh all you want "Negative Creep" is good stuff.

Madball- "Set It Off" Tough guy NYC hardcore.  If I can't pissed enough on my own, I can put this on.

If you chose Tour de Gap maybe you can talk Stormin into going.

I guess my question (instead of ulcer v. gap) should be, do I boycott Xterra (vehicles, events, et al) or do I show up to the Xterra and kill that to make up for lost profits?

Those that have seen me ride a mountain bike know this is a joke.
