Straight Outta PROvo...

Blogging is so '06. Blog-quitting is this years' blogging.
Go Read Sandy's blog, San Pete,

All Utah bikers should go read Sandy's blog... now, before he changes it.  sandros2.blogspot.com  (soon to be moved to gardiesuglytwin.com.org).

San Pete was, once again, an awesome race.  We got punked by the best and that sucks.  I blame me.  The jury is still out on everybody P-3 riding together.  I liked having a field.  I didn't like the 3's worrying about if there was a 3 in the move because they have a separate prize list.  Maybe make one prize list, but that is sure to irritate some people.  I still say until we have over 70 guys, make all the races P,1,2,3; 3-4; 4-5, but I guess some people just don't like my ideas.  And that's okay.

On the way home, Boothy and I stopped at a gas station where a certain race weiner was buying beer.  That's not the point of the story, though.  The point is that the lady behind the counter told us her son rode Lotoja and then went on about how "amazing (her word, not mine) the cat. riders are".  It kinda made us feel good.  I let her know that we are "cat. riders" (has a strange ring, but you probably get the point) and that we appreciated her saying so.

This was the last road race of the year unless I figure out a way to go to Parker for the NRC races in a couple weeks.  That kinda sucks.  With the block I missed on cycling paternity leave, I still feel so fresh (and so clean, clean).  I dunno maybe I can pull a 'cross bike together.  It's not really the same thing though, but it'd be fun.

Anyway, thanks to everybody for riding bikes with me.
