The Lunch Ride Hits the Big Time

Maybe I should write a press release.

I think J-RADNESS, Burzurker, and the Epic One are coming over for the lunch ride.  Of course, they are already on their bikes as they are riding over, but it makes me feel special.  I am more than a tiny bit jealous of their being able to ride all day as it is warm as (for December), albeit a bit breezy.  Of course, tommorrow, when it is snowing (and I don't work) maybe they'll be all "I trained yesterday" and I'll be out killing it with a log on my back, so we'll come out sixes.  Probably not though.  NO, I AM NOT COMPLAINING.  much.

Anyway, one week and I am off to California to get all my miles in for the year.  Yeaaaaahhh!!!

It was fun to ride with you T-bo.  Sorry I was a bit low on the sugar toward the end, but a hot dog and a high-five got me home!

That is awesome... I have stopped for pretty much every form of junk food, but I can't recall a hot dog.

Oh yeah, after riding in 60 degree temps Friday, we got about 6 inches of snow on Saturday.  Did, in fact, get on the mtn. bike and plow some snow, but the trails were at least a foot deep.  Sunday gave us another 6-8 inches meaning more snow than we've had since moving here.  I shovelled driveways, which isn't as manly as running with a log on your shoulders or chopping wood, but you gotta start somewhere.
