Well, I've emailed USA Cycling to get clarification and they haven't responded yet.  I kind of anticipated this and managed to get the flyer approved without putting any USCF categories on it.  So depending on their response, I think technically I can run the Men C, Women B and Singlespeed as Citizen categories with no license ...

1) Since this will be USCF-sanctioned, will licenses be necessary for all categories? 2) If so, are one-day licenses included in the reg-fee? 3) If one-day licenses are NOT included in the reg-fee, how much extra should riders plan to spend?
